We’re not making fun of him, but we don’t want you repeating his mistake.
If you’re excited about 50 Browning Machine Gun ammunition (and specifically aren’t looking for 50 Action Express), then your head is about to put a head-shaped hole through the ceiling after you’ve jumped with excitement. We’ve got 50 BMG range ammo. By Ammo Inc., no less!
Behold the awesome heft and aerodynamics of the 660 grain full metal jacket projectile. It’s a decidedly unsophisticated piece of ballistic technology: just a core and a jacket, without a polymer tip to provide a lower-drag meplat. A 660-grainer is more than capable of accessing the farthest reaches of any commercial rifle range, though. If you want to see this stuff’s true potential, then you’re probably going to have to drive to Montana. (Unless you are already in Montana, in which case … we don’t know, go to Wyoming, maybe?)
Ammo Inc. strikes these rounds in Wisconsin. See those cases? They’re discolored around their shoulders because they were annealed for added strength and surer functionality. They are unpolished. They are brand new. They are reloadable. -

Ammo Inc. loads these range-ready beauties at their modern production facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. They make plenty of 50 BMG for international warfare, but make no mistake: these cartridges are fresh as monkey’s breath, and have not been sitting in a warehouse since goodness knows when.
This round is loaded with a real trogglehumper of a bullet: a 660 grain full metal jacket. Heavier loads are available, but this one will give you the 2,900 fps muzzle velocity you’re probably already accustomed to if you’re a real 50 BMG connoisseur. The bullet is seated in a brand spanking new reloadable brass shell, with a crimped noncorrosive Boxer primer to take care of reliable ignition. Better make sure you have good ear protection before you let this ammo loose at the range!
