All you have to do is fill out the below form, agree to our listed terms of transfer, and upload your valid FFL license or Registered Seller of Ammunition certificate. After that, you'll be part of our growing Transfer Network that is putting dollars (and customers) into your business.

Once you're an approved transferor, our customers will be able to select your business as their designated shipping location. The customer will pay your listed transfer fee when they pick up their order. You will be responsible for performing any state-mandated background check before transferring the product to the customer.

Agreement to Transfer
Purpose of This Agreement
The purpose of this Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) is to establish the terms by which you (“Transferor”) will transfer ammunition on behalf of Wideners.com (“Company”) to its customers (“Customer”).

Independent Relationship
Transferor’s relationship to Company is independent. Nothing in this Agreement or the relationship of the parties should be construed to create an employer-employee relationship or the legal relationship of a partnership or joint venture.

Fee Structure
Transferor may charge Customer a predefined flat fee for each shipment of ammunition that is transferred to Customer. Transferor is to charge and collect the fee from Customer at the time of pickup. No fees shall be paid by Company to Transferor. Transferor shall immediately notify Company of any change in Transferor’s fee. Transferor may only charge Customer the fee reflected in Company’s records.

Compliance
Transferor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale, storage, delivery, and transfer of ammunition to Customer, and to hold harmless and indemnify Company for any legal action (including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred therein) against Company arising from Transferor’s actions. Transferor is responsible for performing any state-mandated background check before transferring any ammunition to Customer. Transferor shall not transfer ammunition to any Customer who does not pass a state-mandated background check, but shall instead contact Company at wideners@wideners.com so that Company may arrange for return of the ammunition.

Term
The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date on which this Agreement is signed by Transferor.

Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by Transferor at any time by providing a 10-day written notice to wideners@wideners.com. This Agreement may be terminated by Company at any time, with or without notice to Transferor.

Return Policy
If Customer does not pick up the ammunition within 15 days of its arrival, Transferor shall notify Company via email at wideners@wideners.com. Company will schedule and pay for a call tag to have the ammunition picked up from Transferor and returned to Company within 5 business days of notification.
